Working closely with the Partner you will be gaining exposure to a varied caseload of insolvency related matters, covering both contentious and non-contentious matters (depending on experience you will be advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors and creditors with a strong emphasis on business recovery and creditor outcomes).
