Inside Sales Advisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for Inside Sales Representatives to join our clients Sales this role you will engage with prospective customers through both inbound and outbound calls to generate high-quality leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.

Responsibilities

This role involves generating sales opportunities through both outbound and inbound contact using data from the CRM to promote the clients product solutions and services.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively contacting customers and prospects to generate new sales opportunities
  • Direct selling to customers for products across the clients portfolio
  • Updating and maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information
  • Promoting the clients full range of solutions and related services
Qualifications
  • Passionate and results-driven
  • A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • An excellent communicator
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills
  • Comfortable interacting with customers through both traditional and online channels (experience desirable but not essential)
  • PC-literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
