Innovation Delivery Manager - Banking

Location: Glasgow (2 days per week office-based). Salary: Up to £90,000 depending on experience. Team: Innovation & Partnerships

Are you an innovation-driven delivery leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments? This global bank is looking for an Innovation Delivery Manager to drive high-impact innovation initiatives across emerging technology, digital capability, customer innovation, and strategic change.

This is not a traditional project management role - it's dynamic, multi-project, stakeholder-heavy, and rooted in discovery, experimentation, and rapid iteration.

You’ll lead multiple projects at once (6 - 12 at one time), each at different stages of the innovation lifecycle - from discovery through to POC and pilots.

Responsibilities include

• Lead end-to-end delivery across the innovation lifecycle: discovery, exploration, scoping, PoCs and pilots.
• Ensure alignment to the bank’s Innovation Operating Model and Delivery Framework.
• Execute multiple short-cycle innovation projects simultaneously, managing rapid pivot points and ambiguity.
• Work closely with innovation teams including Strategy & Insight, Product, Ecosystem & Partnerships, and Innovation Engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across private banking, retail banking, fintech (incomplete).
