About the Role

We’re excited to welcome an Innovation and Brand Change Planning Manager to join our European Spirits team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. We are open to candidates based in London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife, Dublin or Amsterdam.

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating the planning aspects of complex global renovation, innovation and limited-edition projects to effectively deliver service, cost and inventory targets for both finished goods and dry goods.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring service through timely project delivery for Innovation launches. You will:

• Lead phase in/out processes and oversee demand validation and allocation.


• Prioritize collaborating with others to reduce the effect on inventory and service.


• Ensure projects remain within agreed budgets for finished and dry goods write-offs.

You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including:

• Regional and Local Customer & Consumer Marketing Teams


• Technical Centre and Global Brand Teams


• External suppliers and 3rd party re-workers


• Finance, Material & Supply Planning teams and Diageo’s markets

Key responsibilities will also include:

• Building strong collaborations with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.


• Ensuring strong relationships and clear project outcomes by regularly prioritising tasks.


• Driving the continuous improvement agenda, optimising and simplifying processes.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder skills who can bring energy, creativity and a collaborative approach to the European Spirits Brand Change Planning Team.

Ideally you will:

• Demonstrate a flexible and creative attitude, with a positive outlook that channels energy into recognizing opportunities and solutions, even in complex or uncertain situations.


• Be forward-thinking, able to anticipate challenges, generate innovative ideas and see them through to execution.


• Bring strong experience in supply chain or project management, along with excellent communication, relationship-building, and partner collaboration capabilities.


• Demonstrate strong prioritisation, analytical abilities and attention to detail.


• Have a passion for delivering exceptional service.


• Ideally, have experience with SAP and Power BI, and be proficient in Excel (beneficial).
