Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter, Tool Setter, or Technician.
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of polymers.
• Skilled in tool changes and troubleshooting moulding/processing issues.
• Experience in carrying out TPM activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the shift with minimal downtime.
• Carry out tool changes (typically 2 per shift, approx. 1 hour).
• Troubleshoot and resolve processing and moulding issues.
• Conduct quality checks to uphold production standards.
• Perform TPM activities to reduce the risk of breakdowns.

Up to £40,000, Monday - Friday
