IT Infrastructure Technician

Salary: £40,000-45,000 (DOE)

Location: Hull - Onsite working

Maxwell Bond have partnered with a leading UK manufacturing organisation, who are looking for an IT Infrastructure Technician on a permanent basis. You'll support 2nd and 3rd line activities, enhancing IT Infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft Server, whilst collaborating with internal and external customers.

What You’ll Do as IT Infrastructure Technician

• Support and develop core Microsoft Server & Cloud Solutions, whilst managing Vmware.
• Support all core networking technologies (Firewall, Core Switching & WiFi).
• Create detailed documentation of processes and procedures, supporting BAU and Project based activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a 2nd/3rd line role, supporting 1000+ users with Microsoft Server solutions.
• Strong experience working with Microsoft products and hands-on experience with Azure, M365 E5 stack & AD.
• Understanding and exposure of Firewall Technology & Layer 3 networking whilst adhering to Cyber best practice standards, would be advantageous.
