Responsibilities
  • Supporting Microsoft environments across Windows Server, AD, RDS, Exchange & Hyper-V
  • Handling a wide range of support queries (1st–3rd line) via phone, email, and ticketing
  • Troubleshooting complex network issues (Firewalls, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, etc.)
  • Maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Working on customer projects and systems upgrades
  • Occasionally visiting UK data centres and participating in out-of-hours work (paid overtime)
