Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in civil engineering projects.
  • Familiar with pre and post contract roles including cost control.
  • Chartered via RICS or SCSI or working towards it.

Responsibilities

  • Establish professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Administer contracts according to project policies.
  • Monitor project costs and report to completion.
  • Manage cost variance and contract cash flow effectively.
