A leading recycling firm in Chester is looking for an Information Security Apprentice. This role will provide hands-on experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance. No prior experience is required, but a keen interest in cybersecurity and strong communication skills are essential. You’ll work on real projects, receive mentoring, and follow a structured training program leading to recognized qualifications. Salary is £22,000.

As our new Information Security Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience in protecting systems, managing risks, and supporting compliance. This isn’t a role where you’ll be sat coding all day – you’ll be learning both the technical side of security and the governance/compliance work that keeps us safe and secure.
You’ll be mentored by experienced professionals, work on real projects like simulated phishing campaigns, and follow a structured training programme leading to recognised qualifications.
