A prominent healthcare provider in Hazel Grove is seeking an Infection Prevention Service Administrator. In this role, you will provide key administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Infection Prevention & Control service. Responsibilities include managing appointments, maintaining supplies, and coordinating meetings. Ideal candidates should possess a good educational background, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in clerical roles. The post holder is an integral part of the Infection Prevention & Control service team, providing administration duties, maintaining IPC supplies, stock ordering, liaising and interacting with other healthcare professionals, patients relatives and staff and signposting people to the appropriate member of staff
The post holder will assist and prepare for regular IPC meetings and support the note taking and follow up actions as required.
The post holder will maintain up to date and accurate team diaries which include making appointments, arranging meetings, events and venues.
