A regional health service provider in Scotland is looking for a highly motivated Infection Control Nurse to join their multidisciplinary Infection Prevention & Control Team. This permanent role, based at the University Hospital Crosshouse, demands a first-level registered nurse with relevant clinical experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities will include supporting infection control initiatives and conducting audits. The candidate must have a valid driving license and be committed to ongoing education in infection control.

An opportunity has arisen for 2 highly motivated nurses to join NHS Ayrshire & Arran’s multidisciplinary Infection Prevention & Control Team (IPCT) as an Infection Control Nurse (ICN). You will be based at Lister Street, University Hospital Crosshouse.
The post holder will be a core member of the IPCT reporting directly to the Infection Control Nurse Team Lead. The successful candidate requires:
The post holder requires to be a 1st level Registered Nurse with relevant current clinical experience. They should also have evidence of formal post registration education, training and development.
37 hours per week. These posts are offered on a permanent basis.
