Qualifications

  • Ideally 2 years’ experience in recruitment (any sector) – desirable but not essential.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end temporary recruitment processes for industrial clients.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using various methods.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and compliance checks.
  • Oversee placement and onboarding of temporary workers.
  • Handle day-to-day account management and queries.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth.
