A local community service organization in Oldham is seeking a dedicated professional to work in the Domestic Abuse Team. This role involves providing high-quality, solution-focused support to victims of domestic abuse, including risk assessment and safety planning. Candidates should have direct experience working with victims and a solid understanding of advocacy efforts. The position offers a competitive salary range of £39,152 - £42,839, alongside a comprehensive benefits package, including pension and staff discounts.
Role In the Domestic Abuse Team, the purpose of the role is to provide a high quality, solution-focused service for victims of domestic abuse; assessing those at highest risk, providing safety planning, crisis intervention and appropriate support and advocacy to minimise the risk posed to victims and their children and families.
