Qualifications

• Experience in chronic Asthma or COPD reviews.
• Previous primary care experience.
• Willing or experience in supervising junior pharmacists and/or technicians.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out virtual medication reviews.
• Answering clinical medication related queries.
• Managing complex medication queries from community pharmacies.
• Prescribing repeat medications.
• Conducting medication reconciliation.
