We’re Hiring: Independent Living Coordinator

Department: Housing Operations

Salary: £26,198

Location: Preston / Hybrid - working across our schemes.

Hours: 36.25 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

We’re now looking for an Independent Living Coordinator to join our team on a Permanent basis. If you’re organised, proactive, have your own vehicle and ready to support the care and wellbeing of our residents, we’d love to hear from you.

Role

As an Independent Living Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of creating a safe, welcoming, and empowering environment for our tenants. Your role is all about building trust and connection - offering thoughtful support, responding to individual needs with empathy, and helping each person feel truly valued in their home.

This is a full-time, permanent position (36.25 hours per week), with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our schemes in Longton, New Longton, and Walmer Bridge. To support flexibility and responsiveness, a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. You may also be asked to provide cover at other schemes within South Ribble, ensuring continuity of care and support where it’s needed most.
