Overview

We are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Independent Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision to a UK-based psychotherapist. This role requires a minimum of 2 hours of supervision per month, with potential for long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to a UK-based psychotherapist.
• Ensure at least 2 hours of supervision per month and support ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Clinical Supervision or equivalent (Clinical Supervisor Qualification).
• Qualified psychotherapist with substantial post-qualification clinical experience, including both individual and group therapy work.
• Accredited member of one or more professional bodies such as UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy).
• Within the TA framework.
• Meet the criteria outlined in the UKCP Supervision Statement, ideally listed on the UKCP Supervisors Register.
• Preferred experience supervising clinicians in clinical practice and a depth of experience working directly with clients across diverse settings.
• Strong understanding of ethical practice, supervision models, and relational supervision approaches.
