A creative production company in Greater London seeks an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. You will act as the CEO’s right‑hand support, ensuring both their professional and personal life runs seamlessly at all times. This is very much a personality‑led hire, where attitude, warmth, and emotional intelligence are just as important as experience. The successful candidate will be intuitive, highly resourceful, and confident in taking full ownership of their role.
This role is based in the office five days per week in their bright Farringdon offices. Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with flexibility required to support the CEO outside of these hours when he is travelling or in urgent situations.
