We have a brilliant new opportunity for a charismatic EA to support the CEO of a fast-growing, award-winning creative production business operating on a global scale. This is a fast‑paced, high‑level role suited to a proactive, organised, and personable Executive Assistant who thrives under pressure, adapts easily to change, and brings energy, polish, and precision to everything they do.

You will act as the CEO’s right‑hand support, ensuring both their professional and personal life runs seamlessly at all times. This is very much a personality‑led hire, where attitude, warmth, and emotional intelligence are just as important as experience. The successful candidate will be intuitive, highly resourceful, and confident in taking full ownership of their role.

This role is based in the office five days per week in their bright Farringdon offices. Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with flexibility required to support the CEO outside of these hours when he is travelling or in urgent situations. DUTIES TO INCLUDE
  • Full diary and calendar management, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimised and prioritised effectively
  • Acting as a key gatekeeper and main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating high‑priority meetings and ensuring the CEO is fully prepared at all times
  • Managing all travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and flight check‑ins
  • Note‑taking in meetings and ensuring follow‑ups and actions are completed
  • Managing correspondence and streamlining communication between the CEO and senior leadership
  • Supporting the CEO with a mixture of business and personal administration
  • Daily lunch collection and ad‑hoc personal errands
  • Managing dry cleaning drop‑offs and collections (1–2 times per month)
  • Booking restaurants, lifestyle arrangements, and handling ad‑hoc personal requests
  • Supporting with personal projects and additional business ventures
  • Acting as a professional and friendly ambassador for the CEO when interacting with clients and visitors
  • Anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and staying two steps ahead
  • Ensuring everything runs smoothly, calmly, and with total discretion
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EA, PA, or similar support role ideally at C‑suite level
