Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to individuals in career development.
• Carry out employment profiling and develop employment action plans.
• Support job-search activities including CV writing and interview preparation.
• Liaise with employers to promote inclusive recruitment.
• Support individuals in the workplace for successful integration.
