Location: Countywide Support - Aylesbury and High Wycombe Offices

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated educator with experience in working with Children and Young People (CYP) with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As an Inclusion Practitioner, you will be part of the SEND team and will provide high-quality guidance and modelling to support schools and settings in implementing effective strategies for inclusive practice. You will contribute to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of evidence-based approaches and interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes for CYP.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual with experience working with CYP with a range of SEND. You should have a sound knowledge of evidence-based approaches to support school-age children with SEND.

Our ‘on-the-go’ roles mean you’ll be moving around between different locations throughout the day. You won’t need a fixed desk to work from, but you’ll have access to our network where you can keep up to date with admin and the latest staff updates.
