The role involves overseeing travel prizes and incentive experiences, ensuring exceptional service for corporate clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in travel management and excellent organizational skills. This is a Monday to Friday position offering a competitive salary of up to £35k, bonus, and generous holiday perks.

A Team Leader opportunity has arisen with an Incentive Travel company to manage a small (but growing) team of Reservations Consultants, being hands on managing corporate clients, putting together travel itineraries for incentives and prizes. Based within a commutable distance of Northampton, Milton Keynes, Wellingborough and Bedford.

You will have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within travel, events, or incentive management. In addition you will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be a strong leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a willingness to take on new challenges and grow with the business.
