A nationally recognised company is looking for inbound call centre agents to join their remote team in the Derby area. The role involves answering customer queries, logging calls, and managing bookings and cancellations. Path2 is delighted to be working with a fantastic nationally recognised company seeking inbound call centre agents in the Derby area to join their expanding operation. This is a work from home vacancy with no travel to the office required and all equipment will be provided including a laptop.
Inbound call centre agents are a vital part of our team and day‑day duties will include answering inbound calls dealing with customer queries in a polite and professional manner, logging calls on internal system, booking, rescheduling and logging cancellations and escalating any complaints to the correct department.
Pay:
£25,396 per annum
Shifts:
40 hours per week Monday – Friday between 8am – 8pm
