Qualifications

  • Solid experience working with mechanical building services systems.
  • Background in critical, industrial, warehouse, healthcare, or commercial environments.
  • Comfortable working in a live, high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all mechanical building services.
  • Maintain and fault-find systems including HVAC plant, pumps, pipework, valves, and domestic water systems.
  • Support critical infrastructure to ensure operational continuity across warehouse and distribution functions.

Recognised mechanical qualification or apprenticeship (NVQ / C&G Level 3 or equivalent)
