They are currently expanding their in-house Advocacy Team and seeking experienced Barristers or Solicitor Advocates with a background in Personal Injury and/or Medical Negligence. The Role
As an in-house Advocate, you will:
Deliver high-quality advocacy services, both remotely and in person
Represent clients at interim and final hearings
Draft pleadings and provide legal opinions on complex matters
Collaborate with case handlers to support client outcomes
Help shape a growing in-house advocacy practice across England & Wales
About You Were looking for professionals who are:
Qualified Barristers or Solicitors with Higher Rights of Audience (civil)
Experienced in Personal Injury and/or Medical Negligence advocacy (claimant or defendant side)
Skilled communicators with strong drafting, case analysis, and courtroom presence
Comfortable working independently while being an active team contributor
