As an Implementation Manager you will sit at the critical intersection of Sales and Customer Success serving as the primary lead for a client’s transition from signing the contract through to go‑live.
Your mission is to own the technical and operational rollout ensuring that our immersive training solutions are seamlessly integrated into our clients' ecosystems. You will be the architect of the onboarding journey coordinating internal resources and client stakeholders to accelerate time‑to‑value and drive early adoption.
The role will sit within the Customer Success team with the right candidate having the progression opportunity to lead and grow the implementation team.
