Role Overview

As an Implementation Associate youll support the successful onboarding of new customers in the Emerging & Established segments. Youll coordinate logistics manage project tracking assist internal and external stakeholders and provide post-launch support to customers and their investors.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute standardised onboarding workflows for Emerging & Established clients.
• Track and update project plans.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Ensure timely follow‑ups and documentation via Slack, Notion and Salesforce.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Digitisation Product Engineering) to support onboarding and adoption.
• Provide post‑implementation support triaging and resolving platform issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate and track issue resolution.
• Collect feedback and identify improvement opportunities post‑launch.

Job Qualifications

• 12 years in a customer‑facing or project coordination role preferably in SaaS.
• Experience in onboarding or implementation.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage tasks, timelines and multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with work management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Front etc.).
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders professionally.
