A respected defence organization is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to support transport training related to Defence Nuclear Weapons and other materials. The successful candidate will have essential teaching and assessor qualifications and strong skills in stakeholder management and communication. Qualifications

• Must have a nationally recognised teaching qualification (Level 4).
• Must have a nationally recognised assessor qualification or be willing to obtain one.
• Proven ability in literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to customers.
• Interpret customer requirements and deliver solutions.
• Prepare accurate documentation adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver DNM Training Weeks.
• Conduct development and delivery of training for personnel.
