Qualifications

  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience in supported living or domiciliary care is essential.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and the Health & Social Care Act.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings.
