A global investment management firm seeks an Impact Analyst to support its Impact Investment Team. This 12-month FTC role involves analyzing impact data, assisting with assessments, and collaborating with teams to drive sustainability within investment strategies. Ideal candidates will have a degree in economics or related fields, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills. As an Impact Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Co‑Head of Impact Management and the wider Impact Team in building and scaling Schroders’ impact capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an ambitious and growing impact platform that seeks to deliver measurable positive outcomes for people and the planet while generating strong financial performance.
This is a fixed‑term contract (12 months) to support the Impact team during a period of maternity leave.
The Impact Investment team within Schroders’ Sustainability & Impact business is responsible for advancing the firm’s impact strategy across public and private markets. The team leads the design, implementation, measurement, and reporting of impact initiatives, ensuring that impact considerations are embedded throughout the investment process.
