Job description

An opportunity for an Image Viewer / Customer Service Advisor has arisen within an exciting photoshoot company based in Wakefield and Huddersfield. The business boasts two state of the art photographic studios, which offer beautiful settings for a makeover and photoshoot.

The Image Viewer / Customer Service Advisor role has the following responsibilities :

• To liaise with the customer, making them feel comfortable at all times.
• Liaise with the customer and show them the photographs that have been taken.
• Upsell and inform the customer of any special offers regarding the purchase of the photos.
• Inform the customer of how the process works regarding their newly taken photographs.

The Image Viewer / Customer Service Role will involve working weekends and can be offered on a full or part time basis to suit the right candidate. The role will involve working from both studios which are based in Wakefield and Huddersfield.

This is an exciting role and will suit someone who has a passion for Photography, make up, hair styling etc and is a people person.

There is an excellent commission package as well as a very attractive pay rate, along with the opportunity to progress within a very dynamic and exciting business which is accelerating exponentially.
