Job summary

A leading consultancy firm based in the UK is looking for an experienced IFS Service & Maintenance Consultant. You will take ownership of service streams, lead workshops, and design best-practice solutions for IFS implementations. The ideal candidate has multiple IFS implementations under their belt and strong functional knowledge of Work Orders and Service Contracts. This role offers a competitive salary of £75,000 plus opportunities for travel and mentorship within the team.

Qualifications

• Multiple IFS implementations, especially in Service and Maintenance.
• Strong functional knowledge of Work Orders, PM, Service Contracts, and FSM.
• Experience in field service or asset-heavy environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead Service & Maintenance streams across IFS implementations
• Run workshops with service, engineering, and ops teams
• Design best-practice IFS Service / Maintenance solutions
• Support pre-sales and collaborate across technical / functional teams
• Mentor junior consultants and act as a trusted client advisor

What You Bring

• Multiple IFS implementations under your belt (Service / Maintenance / FSM)
• Strong functional knowledge of Work Orders, PM, Service Contracts, FSM
• Experience in field service or asset-heavy environments
• Confident communicator, strong ownership, delivery-focused
• IFS Cloud and consultancy / partner experience a bonus
