About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive – Wealth Management Support to join our Poole office. This pivotal role involves delivering exceptional administrative supervision and technical support across the full advisory process, encompassing both financial planning and investment management services.

You will work closely with the Deputy Head of Wealth Management and their team to ensure an outstanding client experience. This position requires strong technical knowledge, confidence, and the ability to act independently, sourcing information and resolving tasks without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the Poole office administration team.
  • Manage administration for the Poole client base across financial planning and investment management services.
  • Liaise with operational areas and act as the main point of contact for administrative queries.
  • Maintain client files and documentation in line with company procedures.
  • Oversee diary management, client meeting preparation, and production of review packs.
  • Prepare valuations, process new business applications, and ensure compliance throughout.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and handle queries promptly.
  • Assist with product research, data analysis, and management information reporting.
Knowledge & Qualifications
  • In-depth understanding of pension and investment products.
  • Experience supporting Financial Advisers or Investment Managers.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and client advice processes.

  • Salary: Up to £42k depending on experience

    • 2 weeks per calendar year for occasional ad-hoc absences
    • Certified absence up to 3 months at company discretion
