Job summary

A dedicated charity organization is seeking passionate Independent Domestic Violence Advocates (IDVAs) in Warwickshire to support high-risk victims of domestic violence. You will conduct risk assessments, develop safety plans, and advocate for survivors, working in a hybrid role. Ideal candidates will have experience in advocacy/support and knowledge of safeguarding. Qualifications

• Proven experience working as an IDVA or in a similar advocacy/support role.
• Current DBS on the update service, or willingness to undergo one.
• Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for high-risk domestic abuse cases.
• Develop and implement tailored safety and support plans.
• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their needs and safety are prioritized.
