What are we looking for

Cleveland Clinic London are pleased to announce an ICU Nurse Fellowship which aims to help address the shortage of critical care nurses in the United Kingdom. The programme targets early-career nurses with critical care career aspirations via an immersive 6-month Fellowship which includes both classroom and direct care modules.

This is a Monday to Sunday Days / Nights / Weekends role as per the service requirements.

What will your duties include
  • Expand skills and knowledge in critical care practice in order to provide direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2 and 3 care in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols.
  • Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
  • Prioritizes nursing care recognises deterioration in a patients condition and escalates to the site team / clinician immediately.
  • Evaluates updates and revises plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
  • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Suitable hospital-based nursing experience

Supports the Intensive Care Unit manager in contributing to CCLs nursing and strategic goals
