Spire St Anthony's Hospital is looking for an ICU Manager to lead our dedicated Intensive Care Team in an 8-bed unit. This role involves providing exemplary care to patients with complex medical needs and leading a skilled team in a high-quality environment. Main duties of the job

• Assess patients health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload
• Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and wellbeing needs
• Provide and receive complex, sensitive and contentious information
• Develop own skills and knowledge and that of others
• Promote best practise in health and safety and security
• Assist in maintaining and developing services
• Contribute to quality improvement
• Promote people's equality, diversity and rights
• Apply technology or measurement, monitoring and treatment
• Deliver educational and assess competencies for ICU staff
• Audit of EWS and critical care required standards for Spire Hospitals
• Provide set down care from ICU to ward environment
• Acknowledge the risk of Healthcare Associated Infections (HCAI) and understand own responsibility in prevention and control

You will work in our fully equipped 8-bedded ICU, caring for patients with complex medical needs. Spire St Anthony's Hospital has a long history of care and a £27m development investment, with six operating theatres and comprehensive facilities across Sutton, Epsom, Surrey and South London.
