Overview

Grade 2 £25,185 - £26,403
Working pattern: 37 hours per week
Contract term: Permanent
Location: Ashfield School, close to the A38 and M1 with a free staff car park

Role

ICT Technician – provide hardware, software and systems support to staff and students, delivering excellent customer service and troubleshooting IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT issues for both staff and students
• Maintain and update hardware, software and network systems
• Ensure accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
• Assist in the rollout of new technology and support school initiatives

Qualifications

Essential: Customer focused, initiative driven, thorough knowledge of a range of IT systems, experience of ICT maintenance and fault resolution.

Desirable: Experience working in a school environment; ability to liaise with teachers and support learning technology.
