A local government authority in Ely is seeking an ICT Support Officer for a full-time, one-year fixed term contract. In this role you willwork within the ICT Service team, delivering support for the council’s hardware and software infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with the ICT Support Team Leader and liaise effectively with the ICT Support and helpdesk Team and third-party organisations.
We are seeking a proactive, self-starter who is customer focused. You will be comfortable managing individual projects, but also value teamwork and supporting the wider business.
You'll have an IT-related degree (or equivalent qualification) and 2–3 years of proven experience in an ICT setting, covering the full lifecycle of business application support (planning, installation, maintenance).
This rolewill be based at TheGrange, Nutholt Lane, Ely and issupported by our flexible working policy.
