Job description

In this role you will work within the ICT Service team, delivering support for the council’s hardware and software infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with the ICT Support Team Leader and liaise effectively with the ICT Support and helpdesk Team and third‑party organisations.

We are seeking a proactive, self‑starter who is customer focused. You will be comfortable managing individual projects, but also value teamwork and supporting the wider business.

You’ll have an IT‑related degree (or equivalent qualification) and 2–3 years of proven experience in an ICT setting, covering the full lifecycle of business application support (planning, installation, maintenance).

This role will be based at The Grange, Nutholt Lane, Ely and is supported by our flexible working policy.
