We're looking for a skilled ICT Business Analyst to join our team. Use your analytical expertise to turn data into business solutions and support strategic decisions.
As an ICT Business Analyst, you'll help staff optimise current ICT systems and assist with new projects and implementations. The role involves supporting solution delivery, testing, and customer sign-off.
You will:
You will need strong communication skills to work with users and ICT staff, defining and documenting requirements. You will also need to be a team player and be able to demonstrate that you can work on your own initiative, using your skills and experience to work with a wide range of people including the ICT team, staff, and suppliers where your skills in communication and negotiation will be as important as your ICT knowledge.
