Role Description

As a member of the ICFP team, you will be working with customers to migrate, standardise and cleanse the various curriculum planning information from each of the separate systems into IMP’s central planning tool, primarily using Excel for the data manipulation. The maturity of the organisation and quality of previous systems will depict how standardised the incoming information is. In addition to technical tasks, you will provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the process, understanding their challenges and defining the best methods to solve this using the software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase
  • Review the treatments that have been used within each school and in conjunction with IMP’s methodology and the clients’ needs
  • Define the best method to build the curriculum plans and ensure the legacy data is migrated in a consistent way
  • Meet the curriculum planning requirements of the client
  • Support customers through the implementation process including user acceptance testing
Skills, Experience, and Attributes
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel - we have an Excel test as an interview stage for this process
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
  • MUST have prior experience of finance system administration/implementation in school finances
  • You are an enthusiastic individual with a logical approach to problem solving
  • AAT qual, QBE and Part-qual would be advantageous but not essential
  • Curriculum planning is highly advantageous
