Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience is required.
• A sound working knowledge of the food manufacturing environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with key client personnel.
• Maintain and update documents and procedures.
• Ensure equipment and materials are available.
• Dispose of waste material correctly.
• Report issues impacting cleanliness to the Client.
• Train Hygiene Team on health & safety and hygiene issues.

Job description

This includes further responsibility to :

• Communicate with key client personnel,
• Maintain and update documents and procedures,
• Ensure that correct equipment and materials are available,
• Ensure that waste material is correctly disposed of in accordance with the client’s environmental systems,
• Report to the Client any issues that may impact upon the integrity of the clean,
• Ensure that the Hygiene Team are fully trained in relation to health & safety, hygiene and environmental issues.
