Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train the hygiene team to achieve top standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all cleaning activities.
  • Monitor hygiene KPIs and report findings to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and quality procedures.
  • Manage chemical stock levels and staffing for hygiene operations.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Keep the site audit-ready at all times.
