Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English required.

Responsibilities

• Support Contracts Surveyors in managing maintenance and investment.
• Learn about the Contracts Surveyor role in asset investment.
• Assist with monitoring project costs and progress.

Skills

Good working knowledge of IT, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to produce clear, accurate written communication

Experience working with a diverse range of customers

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Education
