A leading travel agency in London is seeking a Tours Director to design, plan, and operate European cultural tours. In this role, you will manage a small team, liaise with suppliers, and ensure all logistical arrangements run smoothly. We are looking for someone with management experience, attention to detail, and knowledge of European languages. The role offers a salary of £50,000 per year plus additional compensation while on tour. This hybrid position allows three days in the office and two days working from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing teams in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities
