Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules relating to RTA claims.
• Previous experience with OIC and Fast Track RTA claims in an insurance or law firm.
• Ability to apply strategic knowledge against commercial decision making.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming cases for litigation.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of litigated cases through to settlement.
• Ensure indemnity spend is minimized by commercial decision making.
• Conduct thorough investigations on indemnity, liability, and fraud.
