Qualifications

  • Prior experience of analysing qualitative and quantitative information, making judgements and presenting key issues.
  • Proven experience of managing stakeholders.
  • Proven experience identifying consumer harm and developing/implementing supervisory strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and work at pace.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop technical knowledge to support across relevant workstreams.
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

  • Analysing firms’ business models and identifying key risks of harm.
  • Forming sound judgement on consumer protection and financial crime.
  • Engaging with firms to influence conduct behaviour.
  • Supporting supervisory projects using strong analysis skills.
  • Contributing to continuous improvements and sector-wide risk identification.
  • Building strong relationships across the FCA and external stakeholders.
