Responsibilities

• Support successful delivery as part of the project management office for large scale, high-complexity programmes.
• Use data analytics to uncover actionable insights and inform programme strategy via relevant tools.
• Own and manage end to end operational data for large projects or programmes of work.
• Work with delivery teams to understand status, issues, risks and put in place mitigation plans.
• Plan, budget creation, management and control using a suite of programme management tools.
• Liaise with Commercial and Financial Management teams to ensure programme and corporate finances are aligned.
• Manage internal and client stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and drive continuous service improvement and process automation.

Skills

Experience working as part of a project or programme management office (PMO)

Adept at managing complex plans and resource profiles

Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen

Experience of data analytics and tooling (e.g. Power BI)

Exceptional communication skills

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Proven ability to coach and mentor

A keen interest in technology
