• Day to day operational cover of the OP Review team and Access team.
• Provide visible leadership and direction to the team.
• Provide supervision and line management to the deputy team manager and Access team staff.
• Ensure service budgets are monitored and controlled.
• Quality check and approve assessments, care plans and contact forms.
