Qualifications

• 10 - 15 years experience as Senior officer on offshore vessel types.
• Preferred command experience or a lower CoC with appropriate degree.
• Proven background in marine operations.

Responsibilities

• Write scopes of work and documentation for marine operations.
• Create specifications for vessels used in operations.
• Review technical bid evaluations and proposals.
• Establish procedures and method statements.
• Be involved in marine assurance.
• Input into offshore engineering methods and project execution strategies.
• Conduct HAZIDS, HAZOPS, and risk assessments.
