Qualifications

  • Applied Cloud experience with Dev‑Ops pipelines in a Data Engineering context.
  • Demonstrable experience in IT Operations or Service Management.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes, especially Incident, Problem, and Change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the IT recovery process during system outages or incidents.
  • Coordinate multi-functional teams and manage recovery activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement across operational processes.
