Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years experience utilizing IT systems and processes.
• Understanding of hospital IT practices and procedures strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Software & Cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently or in groups in person or remote.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Organizing testing and updating medical devices and software.
• Facilitate onsite customer training of new equipment.
• Effectively manage instrument implementation projects.
• Resolve technical issues with internal resources and customers.
